Alicia Burr, APRN, MSN, is an advanced practice nurse and certified laser specialist. She is a graduate of Sacred Heart University and has extensive training from Laser Centers of CT on laser hair removal, skin tightening, skin rejuvenation (IPL), and acne scar reduction (SmoothBeam). Ms. Burr is also certified and experienced in the administration of Botox Cosmetic and dermal fillers like Juvederm and Restylane.

Tracy Hardy, RN, CCRN, BS, BA is a registered nurse with a degree in nursing from Columbia University. She is an experienced Certified Laser Specialist from Safelase Institute and has had several years of training with Laser Centers of CT. Ms. Hardy performs medical services for laser hair removal, skin tightening, leg vein therapy, skin rejuvenation (IPL), and acne scar reduction (SmoothBeam).

Karin K. Augur, P.A.-C, is a board certified Physician Assistant (PA) who brings fifteen years of medical experience to A Better You. She is a vein therapy specialist who has extensive training in both endovenous laser treatment and sclerotherapy.

She received her B.A. from Columbia University and graduated from the Yale School of Medicine where she received her Physician Assistant degree. She is a member of the American College of Phlebology.
